Thank you for using tichr (tichr.ac). This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing refunds for all purchases made through our platform. By making a purchase on tichr, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
All fees paid to tichr are non-refundable. This applies to subscription fees, AI token pack purchases, course access fees, and any other charges incurred through the platform.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). All subscription fees are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits for the remainder of the current billing period.
- No refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period.
- Downgrading to a lower-tier plan does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.
3. AI Token Packs
AI token packs are digital goods that are available for immediate use upon purchase. All AI token pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Tokens are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Unused tokens do not expire but are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
- It is your responsibility to review the token pack details before completing a purchase.
4. Course Access
Fees paid for course access or enrollment are non-refundable once any course content has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.
- Access to course materials is granted immediately upon purchase or enrollment.
- Once content has been accessed, the transaction is considered final.
- This policy applies regardless of how much content has been consumed.
5. Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge for a service you did not authorize), please contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at tichr's sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances, such as:
- A verified technical failure on our platform that prevented you from accessing purchased services entirely, and that could not be resolved by our support team.
- A charge resulting from unauthorized access to your account (subject to investigation).

7. Payment Processor
All payments are processed through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. Refund processing, if approved, will be handled through Paddle and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us at [email protected] may result in immediate suspension of your account and all associated services.
9. Changes to This Policy
tichr reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
